Celtic Vest

I don’t do a lot of wearable art, but came across a Junk Jeans pattern I had bought several years ago, and acquired some not too worn jeans, so I thought I would have a go at it. However, I do not care for western style, which the pattern showed, so I adapted it to use some Celtic designs. The back motif is from a quilt I made a few years back, called Twist, which featured several Celtic-style appliqued designs. The front is a basic 4-strand Celtic braid. I took it to my quilt guild meeting before I had the applique stitched down, or the vest sewn together, and sold it!
